Community concerns

Raise it with the Board

A rule, property condition, parking, noise or neighborhood issue that needs HOA review. Here is exactly what happens after you send it.

What happens next

What happens after you send it

Step 1

Logged and reviewed

Your report reaches the management office, is logged, and is looked at in person where that helps. Urgent safety issues are acted on straight away.

Step 2

Follow-up

Where a rule applies, the owner receives written notice describing the condition, a reasonable time to correct it, and their right to appeal. The Association seeks voluntary compliance first.

Step 3

A hearing, if it gets that far

Before any fine, the owner gets at least 10 days' notice of a hearing and a written decision within 15 days. Executive session on request.

Step 4

Documented either way

The outcome goes into the record so similar situations are handled the same way next time. You may be contacted if more detail is needed.

Safety threats, traffic or fire hazards, and unambiguous violations can be acted on immediately, with the hearing following within 15 days and any fine held in abeyance until then.

Tell us what you are seeing

Facts travel further than adjectives. Dates, times and photographs are what let the Board act consistently.

Dates and times matter: a violation is counted as one act on one day.
Entirely optional. It only helps the office know where things stand — it has no bearing on whether your concern is acted on.
