Both pools, the pool fencing and the deck
Clubhouse and Cabana plumbing, electrical and general repair
Fencing, concrete and signs in the assigned parking areas

Front door, garage door, patio door and thresholds
Exterior glass and window screens
Light fixtures, outlets and wiring, inside and out
Everything inside your patio — landscaping, surfaces, patio cover, tiled bar
Plumbing from the water meter in, and all interior water damage
Pest control inside and out — termites, bees, wasps
Attic vents and rain gutters

Streets, alleys and street sweeping belong to the City of Cypress. Trash is Valley Vista under City contract. Street lights on public streets are the City's.
