Assigned parking

Parking space waiting list

Assigned parking spaces are issued by the Association, and there are fewer spaces than there are owners who want one. Adding your name to the list is how you get in the queue.

How the list works

Add your name once. The office keeps the list in the order requests are received and will contact you when a space becomes available. You do not need to re-submit or check in periodically.

Worth knowing

Spaces are assigned by the Association, and the Association may charge for them.
Campers, boats, trailers, motorcycles, commercial vehicles and trucks over ¾ ton are only permitted in assigned RV spaces.
Garages may not be converted to living quarters, and alley parking is never permitted.

These come from the recorded CC&Rs. The full parking provisions are in the governing documents.

Questions about a space you already have

Damage to a space, a sign or the fencing around assigned parking is a common-area maintenance item.

Looking for the rental waiting list instead?

Owners who want to rent their home join a separate list, because the CC&Rs cap how many homes may be rented at one time.
