CHRISTOPHER CALE

Christopher Cale is a resident of Cypress Tanglewood, living with his wife Karen and dog Webster, on Elizabeth Court. Having grown up in Huntington Beach, he pursued a bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Texas. Professionally, he fulfills a Senior role as Business Systems Analyst for Cetera Financial Group in El Segundo, working from home most of the week. Chris also had a successful career as an entrepreneur owning a company that designed software for investment advisors. Formerly a financial advisor, he is becoming re-certified to lead his team in developing new software to help their advisory clients comply with all state and federal securities laws. Chris enjoys being president of an 80-person choir at Bethany Lutheran Church in Long Beach and singing with Karen.

FRED KIM

Frederick Kim, his wife, and 2 children, have been homeowners in Cypress Tanglewood since 2014. He is a business owner and is committed to maintaining the high standards of excellence of the
CTHOA community.  He has served on the board proudly since 2017. When his schedule allows, he enjoys traveling, deep sea fishing, hiking, and snorkeling with his family.

KELLY WIRCHAK

Kelly Wirchak has been a resident in Tanglewood starting as an owner, then a renter, and now an owner again between the years of 2006 and the present.  She is married and has three children, the youngest still lives at home and attends Cypress High School but her two boys are grown.  She is an Escrow Officer for Cardinal Escrow in Long Beach and enjoys spending her free time with her family, at her local church, and walking her miniature Australian Sheppard Storm. Currently serving in both children’s and meals ministry with her church and having previously served her children’s Girl Scout and Boy Scout troops in rolls like treasurer, cookie mom, and board member, I believe that I have something to offer with business, organization, and financial skills to contribute to the continued success of our great community. I look forward to being trusted by the other homeowners of Cypress Tanglewood to be able to give back to the association and community where my husband and I have raised our children and enjoyed so much of our lives together.
