CTHOA assessments are due on the 1st of each month. Monthly assessments for 2023 are $265.00. Dues paid after the 20th of the month are considered late and a fee of 10% will be assessed.

Checks must be made payable to the Cypress Tanglewood HOA or CTHOA.
Checks may be deposited in the mail slot at the CTHOA Clubhouse which is located at 4437 Larwin Ave. Also, homeowners may arrange with their financial institution for a check to be mailed regularly to the CTHOA.
Automatic check-mailing instructions:
If desired, you may contact your financial institution and arrange for them to have a check mailed monthly such that it will arrive before the due date. The check should be made out to Cypress Tanglewood HOA, and mailed to CTHOA. The subject line of the check should indicate the address of your unit, so that we can properly credit the payment.
