Welcome to the Clubhouse Calendar. Here you can see which days the Clubhouse is available for use.
The Clubhouse is a community amenity intended for the enjoyment and benefit of all residents. It may be used for personal gatherings such as birthdays, meetings, and similar events.At no time may the Clubhouse be used to generate income. Any event where a fee is charged or profit is made will require a payment of $300.00 fine to the Association.
Be sure to complete the Clubhouse Rental Form and email the application to CTHOA4437@Yahoo.com. Be sure to place your $300.00 Deposit in the Clubhouse mailbox for consideration. The Deposit will be refunded after the event and the clubhouse is left clean and nothing is in disrepair.
